WELCOME

Welcome to the website of the Temple Church. This is the church of Inner and Middle Temple, two of England’s four ancient societies of lawyers, the Inns of Court; we are here to serve the two Inns’ members and staff, and all those who work in this area known as The Temple. We are here too to welcome worshippers and visitors from London and throughout the world.

We hope that you will find on this site the information you need about our services, concerts and other events, our choristerships, our opening times and our history. Better still, if before long you and your family and friends are able to visit us. It will be a pleasure to greet you to the Church itself: a beautiful building that is home to one of the finest choirs in England and to a community of believers and enquirers at the heart of London’s legal community.
